Josh spent his early years on Nebraska and Wyoming ranches, gaining first-hand experience with the challenges of managing resources over large areas. Josh has been an Air Force Fighter Pilot and Technology Advisor for 15 years. He loves solving big problems with solutions everyone can use.
Growth & Partnerships
Hannah is a perpetual starter, builder and grower of public and private sector organizations. Prior to joining Barn Owl, Hannah served as the CEO of Exponential Impact and the Chief Economic Development Office for the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC. She drives growth by cultivating relationships and developing strategic partnerships.
Chantz started developing software as a middle-schooler and has built a wide-array of commercialized products. He took a break from building software to serve in the Air Force. Chantz is now back to leading software teams and mentoring startups. He holds a Computer Engineering degree from the Univerisity of Colorado Colorado Springs.

Greg is an Engineering Technology graduate hailing from Texas A&M University, where he was also a member of the Corps of Cadets and played saxophone in the Aggie Band. Greg has always been passionate about developing innovative technologies to make operations more efficient.
